1. Inflate balloon
2. Pass neck of the balloon through the closed triangle
3. Twist the stick with tension on the balloon so that it goes around the stem TWICE and so that it is tight
4. Put the neck of the balloon inside the cup and make sure it ‘crosses’ over.
5. Done!
